The way I see it, if one coordinator has to go, then let that one coordinator go. If both coordinators have to go, you hired the wrong head coach. I think that Babich needs to go. His players can't cover, and they make up for it by not tackling. Fisch is still up in the air with me. I think he's done enough with Bortles and D-Rob to merit another year with an improved OL, but if the offense regresses like the defense has, that assessment is subject to change.

Bortles being on the roster also has nothing to do with coaching.
What players from last year have the coaching staff improved? All I see is Evans.

Individual improvement means nothing. It's a team game. Guys still make waaaay too many mistakes.
