Quote:I read the Dolphins said no, not the NFL.

Hmm. Don't know why they would of. The travel would be far less. I really like the rivalry we've built in the afc east so I'm glad we're there. Plus the texans own us, I don't think we've even beaten them.

The Bills rivalry.
Quote:Odds in Vegas are 3:1 that a team will be in London by 2020. Bills just got a new owner that promised to stay in western ny. That leaves you and the rams (which other teams am I missing, raiders?). Rams are going to la, IMO. It's math. The Florida market is crowded, I think we can all agree on that

Odds in Vegas is NOT proof, dude. You also ignored my reasoning in my last post. Khan not only promised to keep the team here, he SHOWED it by investing a lot of money into the stadium as well as some land. Only teams with stadium issues relocate and the Jags do NOT have a stadium issue.

I'm from St. Louis, so yeah, the Rams possibly moving is a very sore subject with me. As much as I want to find some evidence that the Rams are 100% staying in STL, I honestly can't provide any proof that says they will stay because their lease almost completely favors the team and not the city. The city is making an effort, but that's all I can tell you.

The Raiders are all but gone since Mark Davis has declined to continue negotiations with the city, county, and stadium commission (all three are idiots btw).

You left off the Chargers - who actually could have left last year. The Spanos family is going to have to make a decision soon because if they wait, the Raiders or (lord forbid) the Rams could beat them to LA, which could force the Chargers to look elsewhere.

Edit: One important detail I forgot to mention: the current CBA is ILLEGAL in Europe - more specifically, the NFL draft is ILLEGAL. It's bad enough that a vast majority of NFL players have said that they would refuse to play in London full time, but a London team would have no access to the top 200+ college players.

Forgot about chargers. Somehow I see them staying. You seem to be well read on this. If there is no way the jags are leaving, why do I keep seeing articles like this: http://www.foxsports.com/nfl/story/nfl-eyes-london-s-olympic-stadium-for-franchise-possibly-jags-112113

LOL, the 'phins have been pretty much owned by every team for the last 10 years...

Don't act as though you guys are some sort of up and coming team. You guys have fallen off the cliff and haven't recovered. It's a sad state of affairs for a once proud franchise.

Plus the change in your logo is just pathetic. You're helmet now reminds me of some lame travel brochure. Can't believe they got rid of the old logo for the new one. It's just sad.
Also, you are forgetting about values. It's real easy for your owner to put a couple hundred mil in the stadium for the time being (it could take a decade to get to London. However , a move to London would double the franchise value overnight. Meaning almost a billion dollars of cash infusion for any partners that would want to buy in. It's a smart move

you have no clue about anything you are talking about, stop making yourself look like a moron.

Please tell me about those greats jags teams of the past decade? We've at least won the division, you guys haven't been great either. Our new logo is terrible (we look like a Chinese knockoff), your jerseys aren't much better.

There is absolutely no reason to think that. We were blown out by the 49ers. We will be blown out by the Cowboys. Nobody in London will see us and think we deserve to move across the ocean.

I stopped reading after I realized that your parenthetical was infinite! It's too much for me to decipher!!!

Besides, your franchise appears to be in much worse shape than ours, to be honest. Just for full disclosure I was a Dolphin fan untill the Tedd Ginn Jr. pick at (I believe) 10th overall... At that point I realized the franchise had completely lost it's bearing. <Also notice my parenthesis had a close).

And then you guys changed your logo to what it is now. And I knew I made the right decision to jump ship when I did.

I like our jerseys. It's our helmets that are bush league... Wallbash

Lol ya.. I'm not going to listen to the dozens of articles or the logical financial windfall from a team at the bottom of the value tier in the nfl moving to one of the biggest cities in the world. I'd much rather listen to some yokel (you ) who says "it won't happen", with no evidence to back it up.
There's no doubt that we've been in the wilderness for a while... But I like our changes moving forward...

You won the division because of the first playoff tiebreaker and Tom Brady being on injured reserve, then got killed by the Ravens in Round 1. We won a playoff game at Pittsburgh.

Moving has nothing to do with records

You're so snappy with your memory and history. I like it when we're on the same side.

I know it's going to be hard for you to understand this, but the media almost never has accurate information when it comes to the Jags (when your team has 3-4 straight losing seasons, stuff like this happens). The media wildly thought the Jags were moving to LA, yet they never brought up the fact that the Jags have one of the most iron-clad leases in the NFL.

Not even a third of the league constantly sells out their stadiums - that's reserved for teams like the Packers, Bears, Giants, etc. Even teams like the Steelers don't sell out their stadium.

I'll say it one more time: Only teams that want a new stadium (and don't get it) are likely to move. Check the last 50 years of every team that relocated and it ALWAYS because of a stadium issue.

Normally when someone jumps ship they go to a bandwagon team. You did the opposite, you went to the jags. Lol.

If you read the articles you will see the evidence to back it up. Only an idiot would knowingly refuse to read it, then say there is no evidence.

I was rebutting the point about ticket sales doubling overnight.
