This was an inspiration of The Drifter and the lady who ate at KFC to get over a break up.

If you had to pick a restaurant to eat at for the rest of your life, which would it be? I'm going to break this down into groups.
1) Fine Dining (Ruth Chris, Capital Grill, Del Frisco's) I know there are local fine dining that could be chosen as well.
2) Casual sit down dining (TGI Friday's, Outback, Chili's)
3) Fast Food (Mcdonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell)
For fine dining it's a toss up of Ruth Chris or Texas de Brazil for me.
Sit down, I would choose Carabba's
Fast food I would go with Popeye's
Depending on everyone's answer this is subject to change.
Some place with a lot of variety.

Golden Corral for homebiscuit
1) I've taken one cruise in my life and they had a classic French restaurant on board that is the best food I've ever had. So wherever that chef is now.
2) Ted's Montana Grill - Mainly because of their meatloaf which is a staple for me. Also has good burgers, a decent salmon, and some good chicken dishes.
3) Wendy's - Chili for the win.

I ain't too proud.
1. The Charthouse
2. Longhorn or Mojo's
3. Chick-Fil-A
1. Berns (Tampa)
2. Cheddars (does Jax have a Cheddars?)
3. Steak & Shake

A buffet like that might be the best choice. Not the best food, but you're not stuck eating the same things all the time.
1) Capital grille
2) Metro Diner
3) Chick Fil A
1. J. Alexander
2. Daruma Japanese Steakhouse
3. Chik-Fil-A

I was debating between J Alexander's and Capital Grille.

Same here, I just went the other way.
Every time, and I really mean EVERY time, that I have visited J. Alexander's I have received the best service - second to none. They make sure your glass never goes below 25-50% and they fill it up - without being annoying.
I have also tried all of their steaks and each one has been the best that I have had. It's hard to pick just one, but when I go I usually order the NY Strip or the Filet.
Also, their carrot cake is to die for - and I HATE carrot cakes. Theirs is like the nectar of the Gods - just purely divine...

I'm just not toally sold on The Capital Grille's food. I love their lobster mac and cheese, but I'm not totally sold on their steaks.
I'm updating
Ruth Chris
Carabba's
Chick fil a
Wait outback it's fine dining?

No. That'd fit criteria two though.

Not sold on the Cap Grille for steaks either. My last couple of visits yielded an overcooked med rare filet and strip. The do have an awesome lobster salad for lunch, though.
1. Del Frisco's - 2 of the best meals I've ever had (wish there was one in Jax)
1b. Ruth's Chris- my wife's favorite and consistently excellent
2. Longhorn - **edit** (forgot the casual sit down)
3. Bongiorno's Philly Steaks (mayport) - I'd eat their cheese steaks everyday if I had no concern for my life expectancy.
I'd have to say BW3.
They have plenty of beer, wings, and sports on TV.
Mango Habanero and Desert Heat please. Oh, and a refill. Thank you very much.
Id have to say Outback Steakhouse. I like their steaks, lobster tails, shrimp and caesar salads. Not to mention the bar.. The 5 basic food groups.
Forgot the Bloomin Onion. So 6 basic food groups.
