Quote:Also, maybe he is juicing but those measurements happen naturally all the time.

There is no reason to believe AP is taking anything illegal.

lol
people should stop comparing one ACL tear to another.  some are worse than others.

No. They're all exactly the same!
I like how TMD has been quiet ever since people starting naming countless players that have returned in similar (and oftentimes shorter) timeframes.

Well that would be because he got hit with the ban hammer again.

Honestly, It has to be because the mods just don't like him.

I've read his posts and he never uses vulgar language or anything of that nature. Really he gets banned because mods don't like his point of views.
I think it's a better more interesting mb with him here but oh well

Why? Too many threads have been derailed by people criticizing him. I bet that is why he keeps geting banned.

How many strikes do we get then?

168 of them?

Back on topic though, Colvin may physically be ready to start playing again, but he may need some more time mentally to "stop thinking" about his knee.

I tore my ACL playing football and I got back to ~80% of my physical activity within 8 months. However, it took me almost 1 year or so to be comfortable jumping, planting, and cutting off that knee - without having thoughts in the back of my mind.

What position did you play? That can affect how long it takes for a player to stop thinking about his knee.

FS/SS

I can say that what made me think about my knee the most was landing on it after jumping. Even with surgery, and proper rehab/muscle strengthening, if you land the right way - your knee could still buckle in (to which mine did, but no damage was done).

Playing with a brace helps, but it does restrict your movement to a certain extent - no matter what the people or companies say about it not doing so.

I played with a thin knee pad (not brace) for about 2 months and decided to take it off. Everything has been good ever since.

the trolling, agenda pushing, thread derailing, and insulting people arent enough? we also dont know what the mods communicate with him privately. im sure he has been warned a million times. i very highly doubt its because they "dont like him."

To the untrained eye the agenda is hard to see. I've been here a few years and I'm just now starting to be able to pick up on it.
Starting a thread defending O'Brien should be enough to get you banned.

i just wanna talk about how much i love the Colts, Texans, and Titans organizations.

I mean to be fair the mods derail the threads he is in and insult him as well.  So if that was the reason it doesn't seem right.

I think it more has to do with his ability to derail every subject and the fact that this board gravitates to it like flies on [BLEEP].  I'm guilty too.

Bingo. Does he derail the threads or do people get so annoyed with him because he's voicing his opinion that they start attacking him?

Before this year, he was pretty bad but this year? He seems to be pretty upbeat about the players and Caldwell. He just doesn't like the coaching staff.

There are times where we debate back and forth but that's what this board is for.  It just blows me away when people go out of their way to do throw cheap shots on both sides.
