Says a lot coming from a thug lover. Do they still sell crack in the stands during a Miami home game?
Since the NCAA director of officials and the ACC director of officials both agreed the PI was the right call, Brian Kelly can now stop his whining.

Is that guy really talking smack as a UM fan? Haha that's rich. At least none of their players will be involved in an autograph scandal; nobody wants anything signed by the most irrelevant team in the state!

Brian is suffering from an extreme case of butthurt.
The bad thing about that play was that there was no need whatsoever for the receiver to do what he did. He just had to stand in his way and there was no way the db has a play on the ball. Blocked or unblocked the kid who caught the ball had a terrific angle that he wasn't going to be tackled from.

All he had to do was show attempt to run a route and he didn't do it..

didnt even need to do that much.

But if he attempted to run a route, there was no pick involved.

I am with you there. What I was referring to is the wr who blocked could have literally just stood there on the play and I think it'd be a TD.
I'd bet my house that the kid who lined up at the inside slot who caught the ball was supposed to run his route behind the LOS. This would have made the WR who blocked, which I would also bet he was supposed to do, completely legal. Bad route if I had to guess who was at fault there.
The use of the term pick, or rub here is just flat out wrong. That wasn't what the kid did. He was blocking.

I disagree with the rule as its stated. The new name for a pick is a rub....its breaking the rules and its intentional. No receiver should ever be allowed to run across the field and intentionally pick a corner. Notre Dame did it a bunch, and scored a touchdown earlier in the game on it. It wasnt just this game, its NFL and NCAA.

Indy did it for years, didn't they?

Born and raised FSU fan.

Thats probably where I learned to hate it.....actually, I know thats where it came from. Other teams do it, but how a pick became legal in the NFl is beyond me. It's a huge competitive advantage.
Great Coaching !! Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet but apparently ND ran a similar play in the 1st half and the FSU coaching staff informed the officials that ND was running a pick when they lined up in the trips formation. When they lined up in the trips formation at the end of the game, the ref was very aware of the potential pick that was about to take place.

I've never seen badger green with envy before
It almost gets boring knowing every Saturday is the same. Jameis plays a football game, Jameis wins the football game. It's like watching the same movie over and over again. I really envy you Gator and Canes fans...

its 11 on 11. in the past year or so, a lot of you stopped being FSU fans and started being jameis fans.
thats a depressing realization. you idolize a total scumbag who isnt as good as it looked like he was going to be. hes definitely a really good college qb but he isnt the second coming and i dont think he will be that good in the nfl. he just doesnt have it between the ears.

When you joined the ACC you were guaranteed this honor. Have fun.
