That's what I'm saying. Just let the competition continue and if your young promising CB is being outplayed by a 7th rounder, so be it. People were saying gratz was a beast. Obviously that's not the case in year 2.

I agree with the above. Besides, the Gratz pick was likely heavily influenced by Bradley.

This I will agree with. There was so many people championing Gratz it was ridiculous. I was one of the only ones saying he sucked.

Wearing #27 means absolutely nothing about his potential. It is just a number. Rashean Mathis was demoted to nickel back in his last season with us.

This I agree with. You did say he wasn't all that, and every on thrashed you for it. You start a lot of "controversy" with others, but most of the time you are right. I think the problem is our fan based is so starved for good players, we see someone and glorify them. Of course this is NOT the case with BB.  He's good, and will be ELITE.  Yeah I said it.

He actually said 59 yard? LOL

 

Bryan Anger said it was a good kick and they have to watch film to see what went wrong. Gus Bradley said it was a combination of Scobee kicking low and the offensive line not protecting him.

I was expecting more out of Telvin by now. He's been one of the disappointments.

Agreed, the way he closed on McCluster(?) last week was a thing of beauty.

He's made some key plays though from side line to side line bc of his speed. If he gained a little muscle would he still be effective?

If Bradley says it was a low kick, he must have gotten that information from Mallory. We are talking about a kicker with a high percentage of success over 50 yards.

Thats the $64,000 question

 

Speed/ quickness is his best asset. Added weight/ muscle could be a detriment.

How is he disappointing you? He is playing more than I expected as a backup.

I expected him to be starting and looking promising in that role by now. (almost mid season)
