It's funny because Eric was on here crying when they made the Bortles pick, saying it was a terrible choice. The guy clearly knows what he's talking about and should be given a staff position.

Caldwell grabbed Bortles, which will keep him safe for a while. And it should. Finding the Quarterback is difficult, and it makes and breaks careers.

Scouts grade players and collect film on them. They don't make the decisions to draft them or coach them once they're drafted.
