I agree.  I don't think the strategy will be the same even a week or two from now as they continue to develop this offense around Bortles.  I don't think Blackmon's return will be as much of a factor as simply giving Bortles some time to mature in the offense.  As the coaches gain trust in what he can do, the play calling is going to loosen up.

The team expects Blackmon to be back on the active roster, and they expect it no later than the start of next season.

We thought the defense would be carrying the team this year, but it looks more and more possible that the offense might be the dominant side, possibly coming out of the bye this year.
