Watson is 1000x the passer Blake will ever be.

We should draft Watson, man did he have an elite lvl game when his team needed it on the biggest stage in CFB against the Crimson Tide no less. Draft the man.

I saw Clemson play this year. Watson threw 17 INTs, more than Blake did. He'll be a project QB, just like Blake is.

 

That said, he played a great game tonight.

I'd take Watson in the 3rd.

Wow what a great game. Finally lived up to the hype in the second half. Clemson deserved the win.

What I found funny was looking at social media yesterday and seeing FSU fans rooting for Clemson because they were in the ACC and ending their post with #ACC.....ironic considering all the trash those fans talked about SEC fans supporting their conference in the national title.

 

I see it both ways, it gives someone a reason to support a team, but I also get why people don't understand how you could root for a rival.  The SEC had a 10 year run where 5 teams won titles....the ACC has a couple studs now.

It was non stop over the last few weeks and multiplied by 10 last night. Same fans who say conference pride is dumb.

It's only dumb when you have nothing to crow about!

Sometimes one shouldn't paint with such a broad brush.  Obviously, I can't speak for all ACC or FSU fans.

 

For me personally, I experienced no positive or negative emotion from last night's game other than envy as the team that I cheer for was not present.

For me, it wasn't positive or negative emotion regarding the game. Just find it funny that so many chastised SEC folks in the hey-day for rooting in conference when playing an out of conference school, or in bowls. But the very same thing happened in droves the past several weeks.
