To be fair, he made it mandatory for all health insurance to cover mental health, he didn't say he was going to fix the system. It's about as fixable as Clinton's reputation. Trump isn't going to fix it either unless he overhauls the entire mental health system and how it works, which I don't see happening with any POTUS. It's not a priority and that's a very sad thing.

I correctly predicted that this wouldn't get the due attention as the perpetrator wasn't what the baying mob wanted. Sad but true.


I don't condone anyone carrying around firearms, I'm on the side of the victims on all cases. Unfortunately many think carrying guns is more important than people's lives. You being one. Though at least there is no "thoughts and prayers" nonsense.

I think people's lives are more important that you do, that why I'm prepared to act to save them. In the annals of human history the personal firearm has been the foundation of freedom and safety. Take them away and you get genocide and tyranny, with them good people have the means to defend themselves from their enemies and government.

 

And why do you keep saying that that the shooter wasn't a terrorist? He said that he was working for ISIS, clearly a radical Islamist sympathizer even if the media and FBI are trying like mad to protect Obama.

Are you really that oblivious? There could be a Ft. Lauderdale style attack every Monday, a Sandy Hook attack every Wednesday and a Pulse attack every Saturday and the NRA would still see no need to change any existing laws. They have a lock on the majority of decision makers in Congress. Nothing is changing with our gun laws, certainly not the law that allowed this to happen. It's moronic and sad, but we have made it so common sense changes are an attack on the Second Amendment.
