Not expecting a win either. Just hope to see some improvement and maybe stay in the game until 4th quarter. But, man that would be so nice to come away with a win. I think I'd have the feeling of hitting the lottery if that happened.
I am not expecting a win either.
Just hoping to see improvement from the defense. It is nice we will actually have a rotation of competent defensive linemen. And a lot more speed at linebacker.
But I have a hard time seeing us outscore the Eagles. Hopefully I am wrong.
I don't think anyone has any real expectations to win, but I do think we're all pretty excited about seeing the team play to get a gauge on how they're developing. We pretty much know where our strong and weak points are, but this game will provide confirmation and, hopefully, some pleasant surprises.
To be honest I expect the D to be good, but the offense is a mystery. If the game is over by halftime do we see Blake?...
Jags only prayer is if the offense can light up the scoreboard....with Henne, it just isn't going to happen. My expectation is to see improvement.
Come on 1010, get your stuff together.

Yeah its like monsoon out here. Got a hangover and the only cure is some more football...and some pizza
I'm just hoping the Jags keep 'em under 50.
50 is the most points any Jaguars team has ever given up.
In 1998, Minnesota beat a Johnathan Quinn led Jags team 50-10.

why because I am knowledgeable?
I am not ready to concede defeat until I see what the team has. Preseason doesn't show everything, and Philly may not be all that like some of you have already decided.
Then again, I could be dead wrong. Wouldn't be the first time.
I sure as hell won't concede defeat before the ball is even snapped though.
