While UCF has a sizeable following in Orlando,   I'm not sure how that would translate to NFL viewing preferences.   Especially with generations of Dolphins fans living in the Orlando market that seem to have major influence with the decision makers at the CBS station in Orlando.    Blake Bortles should definitely help raise the Jaguars interest level in Orlando.   The question is to what extent?

It sounds like most of the starters are sitting tonight, including Henne, Lewis, Joeckel, Gerhart, and any other locks to start on either side of the ball. 

 

Bortles will get the start behind a bunch of backups.  Should be interesting.

I don't like the idea of starting Bortles without the other starters....I don't want anything increasing the chances of him getting injured.

Beadles injury is minor.  If the game wasn't a preseason gig, he'd be on the field.  They're sitting all of the starters who are a roster lock. 

 

I don't think Bortles is going to be in there very long.
