Quote:I'm a poster too.  We're entitled to express our opinions, and to do it as we see fit.  Apparently you have a problem with people having an opinion even as you're defending it.  I guess it only matters if you agree or not.

The only time I've ever attacked your opinion is when you've personally attacked someone else while projecting them to be the bad guy.

So I suppose a personal attack on someone who has a different opinion than you is ok then? Since you are doing it, That means I can call you "a piece of crap admin" right? Because if this message gets moderated/removed and your first post on this thread doesn't, We are going to have a serious problem. Ill even take a warning for this post here as long as you rid this thread of your first post.

So whats it going to be? Personal attacks are ok or not ok? Lets set the record straight here and honor whatever it is.

You can call me whatever you want as you play your holier than thou card.  Whatever floats your boat.
I can't say he brings up a bad point. just trying to be objective here
Then again I can't say TMD improves this board much.
Quote:I was gonna say I think he could probably play with a cast if need be.
And I have a feeling that's exactly what will happen.  The biggest concern is allowing an infection to set in on the incision.  Once that's healed, he can probably return to play.  4-6 weeks, the bone will be healed.

LOL.  I kind of had TMD pegged as more of a Pina Colada kinda guy.    Laughing

Yeah, well, if this guy ever gets healthy again, the Jags will be sorry they let him walk.

I'm guessing the foot injury from last season must not be fully healed yet, because his highlight reel don't lie. He's uber talented.

You and him are nuts.

I'm a beer and Wild Turkey man.

However, I guess the glitter encrusted bar stool is still accurate?   :woot:

Well...obviously!
Quote:80 or 101?

Whichever one the bar serves up when I ask for it.

I am guessing its probably the 81 (not 80 btw) since the 101 has to be more expensive and I don't specify when ordering.

appletinis are delicious and full of booze.

if he ever gets healthy again? already paving the road of excuses? like his foot is never going to heal is the reason he is going to be nothing in the NFL.

cobb is not uber talented, he had an above average to very good career playing against players where not one of them will be in the NFL. it was not stellar. it was like an actual ncaa player going up against high schoolers.

i do not see him doing anything in the NFL and i would absolutely love to follow this one and add it to the list of your ever growing list of flops that you attach yourself to so hard, just so you can try to be smarter. literally doing the antithesis of what you try so desperately to achieve.
Quote:You know what floats my boat? Being able to come onto this GD message board, clicking a thread, and not seeing you and TMD arguing like children with petty insults back and forth. I think everyone here would enjoy seeing that.

you could always stop whining and block them both.

I think Cobb is more likely to haunt the Mystery Machine in the next Scooby Doo movie than he is to ever haunt the Jaguars for releasing him.

And boom goes the dynamite.
Two "redshirt" draft picks? Is this college ball or the NFL?
Quote:is Colvin on the IR with designation to return?

Unless the NFL procedure was changed for the 2014 season,  the answer to your question would automatically be no.   Based on the procedure that has been in place in recent seasons,   a player must be on the 53 man roster when the cutdown to 53 is made in order for him to be eligible to be the one player a team can place on IR with designation to return.
