Garrett, Allen, Hooker, Tim Williams, Reuben Foster, Dalvin, Mcdowell. Theres certainly elite talent here.

I just don't see elite talent in that group, other than Hooker. I see some very good players who could be stars like Garrett, Allen, Williams and Foster, but I also see some a player with serious red flags that I have removed from my board (you know who) and I really don't get the hype about McDowell. I live in BIG TEN country and I've seen alot of Michigan State games. I don't see anything that stands out about that kid. Personally, I grade him as a 3rd round pick.
