Meh. It's a decent start. You need to make up a derogatory nickname if you want to take your game to the next level though.

I like how pretty much everyone on the defense looked. The full starting defense should be above average to start the season for sure.
Gratz looked very good, Cyp had one bad play.... I definitely was impressed and have high hopes.

He tackled really well. That is a lost art in cb's. Very important on this defense.

Not only is Gratz playing well, but drafting him shows that Caldwell does his homework. His teammate from UCONN, Blidi Wreh-Wilson was considered the better prospect. Gratz was off the board before Wreh-Wilson was picked. Caldwell may miss on a few, but it's so much mot comforting to watch us draft quality role players at least instead of guys from Colorado School of Mines that never stick. Gratz has potential, let's just hope he stays healthy.
