Also, just seeing the comments by the message board fans about Henne vs Bortles, imagine that 100 fold through the city of Jacksonville by people that go to the games each week. We will all be demanding Bortles start a lot sooner than later.
Before we pan Brown too hard, I've often noticed that receivers struggle with new QBs just because the ball spirals and wobbles differently.... Mike may just need more reps with Bortles.
I think brown lost his job and Hurns is in forsure.
This D and Bortles have really excited for this team going forward. Along with Robinson, Sanders and Shorts back I'd be feeling real good.
Oh and how long has Anger been bald? :O
Quote:He's like the 5th guy on the depth chart
So that means it's ok if he drops two passes?

Well, if he can't catch the ball then 5th is higher than he should be.
The throws are too good, good command out there i don't care if it's back-ups Henne can't do anything.
Quote:If Bortles isn't starting by the end of game 1, I'd be shocked. He looks head and shoulders above Henne at this point. Gabbert didn't look this good in preseason.
Yeah I said last week he would be starting by week 5 after they come back from the west coast, but I can see him starting the season. Though I do hope they sit him until 5 to let the line work out the kinks, let Henne take those knocks.
If anyone doubted the pick, if anyone didnt think Bortles was our franchise QB for the next 10 years then quite frankly you're so wrong
Defense has just been off the wall for us tonight.
Telvin Smith! Dude is going to be All Pro soon.
Bortles is a lot better than Glennon.
Bortles pocket pressance compared to gabbert and even henne is amazing
Blackmon cannot return punts.

I don't buy that one bit. You don't see Hurns dropping it.
Has Brown not caught a pass from bottles in practice
Telvin Smith has really played well. love his energy
