I've seen a lot of trades tossed around in mock drafts. If we had multiple suitors offering approximate point value, how far would you trade back?

Any decent trade where we could land a 2015 1st would suit me.
I like the idea of getting another 1st for next year's draft. But I'm not high on moving that far back.

GO JAGS!!

We'd almost certainly have to move out of the top 10 to get a 2015 1st in the deal, and the only team likely (as in rumored some places) to make that big a move that I've found is Dallas coveting Manziel ahead of Cleveland.
The Dallas trade, easily.

I don't think #16 is moving that far back.  And it's a deep draft as it is.  We might even be able to pick up a QB there.  If not, then we'll have plenty of ammo next year with an extra first.

I think the Dallas trade is the one I'd be most interested in because I think we'd still wind up getting a decent pick there, and we'd have their first rounder next year.

A lot really hinges on who is available when the Jags are on the clock.  I'm sure they've got their scenarios all drawn up for what they are expecting, but you never really know until the time comes.  If Dallas wants Manziel, and he's on the board, and there's no Clowney to be had, there's 10 minutes to negotiate.

Dallas followed by Atlanta.  Not really rocket science though.

Dallas, give me Bridgewater at 16.

Would be my dream scenario
I think Dallas gives you Bridgewater.  Atlanta gives you Manziel.

The Dallas trade would be sweet

Exactly my thoughts. I don't know who else Jacksonville would target at 16 anyway.

I've seen several mocks that had Barr drop that far. Is Mack really that much better?

At getting to the QB? Nope.
I took the dallas trade hands down

I took Dallas, but all the trade down scenarios look good to me. Unless the Jags really like someone at 3, trading down is the way to go in this draft. The real values are in the 2nd-3rd rounds. I think from Dallas I would trade down again into the 20s and try to get another 2nd round pick. Bridgewater and Carr will/may go in the 20s so there will/may still be a good choice there. San Francisco is loaded with picks and with their deep roster will likely want to move up and unload some picks.

At first, I took the Cleveland deal by getting a 4th round pick and getting the guy I wanted anyway at pick 4.  Then, I got greedy, deleted my vote, and went for the Dallas deal as it is just too many picks to not snatch.  At 16, can still pick up a nice upgrade, and pick up possibly 2 more starters with additional picks in the 2nd and 4th...and throw in a 2015 1st round on top.....gotta take it.

The ideal scenario is that the Dallas locker room is torn apart by the Romo faction vs. the Manziel faction and the Jags end up with the #1 pick in 2015.

The Cowboys are essentially rebuilding at this point. If they gave up their first rounder next year there's a high chance it'll end up as a top 5 pick.

I'd have trouble containing my excitement if we managed that trade and still locked up a QB like Bridgewater.

Personally I think the Cowboys will be between 7-9 and 10-6, just like every year.
