I would buy them before the draft. What if we pick someone else at 3, you toss the set out the window, then we trade up to catch his fall? You won't see it because your tv will be in pieces on the sidewalk.

I'd also suggest buying all 3 first. If we select someone else at 3 and then you break your tv, you're gonna want more in case we trade up and pass on him a second time otherwise you wont have anything to break.
32" is a computer monitor, I don't think you can call it a TV until it's 50" or more.
And manzy sucks, he'll be picked around 20 or later by some stupid team.
