Perhaps, what we do know is many GMs have teddy as a 2nd-4th round prospect, and they claim the rest of us are just now catching on.  I've never liked the frail noodle arm teddy, he will suck and break in the NFL.

We know many gms have him ranked as a 2-4 round prospect?

Walter football is the source? Nawww

Yes, actually Quoting the man in question, rather than just all yelling out our own opinions about him as loud as we can on a messageboard. Yes, I'm the crazy one.

You implied people on this board are dissing Mayock because of what he said about Manziel.

You only post about Manziel. You start unnecessary Manziel threads.

Yes. You have a problem.

If you don't think Mayock on the same week saying Teddy was a second rounder while Manziel is his #1 QB, doesn't have any affect on these boards/this thread/Teddy fans opinion on Mayock, I dunno what to tell you brother.

Check my posts man, it's just not true.

You seem to be overestimating the level of care from the majority of this board about Manziel.
Quote:Watching the Teddy brigade try to provide damage control is amusing. I don't get how or why people get so emotionally attached to a prospect unless you are a fan of Louisville or whatever college team your mancrush plays for. Even then, if you are a Jaguars fan, why get your panties in a wad over whether we select your mancrush or not in the draft? You're supposed to be a Jaguars fan first, right? The moment that teal & black jersey goes on whoever we select whether that's Bridgewater or anyone else, I'll be cheering for them and against everyone who lines up against us.

Quote:And everyone else (including Teddy fans) will cheer for whoever we draft. So now having a conversation about a prospect is damage control/getting panties in a wad? It's the draft where people have differing opinions. That's what makes it fun and mayock has been off his game the past few years. It's clear he uses less film and more info from sources he has.

Your panties in a wad, bro?
Look at all the Bridewater brigade feelings getting hurt.

Lol. Bridgewater is a top 10 pick. He's not a top 5 pick. End of discussion.

Great accuracy. Great touch. Very good at looking off DBs. Has great pocket presence. Has elite pre-snap adjustments. Good footwork. Good medium-short range accuracy, below average long range accuracy.

He's a first round pick. Prospects don't go from the concensus #1 pick to the fourth round. It just doesn't happen. And there is no reason for it to happen to Bridgewater. From what I can tell, his tape hasn't changed from the end of this season.

If you let a practice sesh in shorts overweigh 3+ years of gametape you're an imbecile.

There is no such thing as the, "Bridgewater brigade".

We're just correcting uninformed mouth-breathers. The fact that you let the media sway your opinion so much is hilarious. Sheep.

Johnny Air Jordan of Football Manziel >>> Weak armed Bridgewater

If a qb can be a top 10 pick then he can be a top 5 pick.

Or he could be a top 20 pick.

We'll see in a couple of weeks where he lands.  I suspect he'll be a first round selection, probably in the top half of the first round.

I'm just saying if you have a qb graded as the 8th pick then you should take him top 5 because of position importance.

And history shows that top 5 grades, particularly on QBs, are not always as accurate as one would think.  One only needs to look at recent history for the Jaguars to see this.

Bridgewater is pretty much the anti-Gabbert. I'll admit that is part of the reason I like him.
Quote:You really have no idea how this whole media thing works, do you?

I guess it's easier to have a simplistic view of things. Saves on the wear and tear of brain cells.
how does it work?
