I'm assuming that's all free weight? Not too bad!
I used to lift as much as my coaches would let me as a young man. Now I just hurt myself every time I try. I stick to body weight exercises now.

Pretty impressive stats and similar to my own. You guys never did say which arm you're using, though.
205 bench
285 squat
335 deadlift
I used to be into weight lifting. I have become more focused on balance training. I have a BOSU ball I use for a lot of my exercises now.
And like a previous poster said, I do alot of body weight exercises as well.

If he is doing 46 reps at 260 then his max is higher than 360. Also, not good on back to do that many deadlifts. It'll catch up to you.

that's true.. It's not a high rep type of excersize.
I just do kegels.
3 sets 15 reps with a damp bath towel.
Max out with an oversized damp beach towel if I have a good spotter.
When I was juicing, I used a comforter. I let myself go after I got married.
5'11''

315 bench
330 squat
I haven't maxed on squat and deads since I herniated a disk a long time ago, so I probably can't even hit that anymore.

Been a loooong time since I lifted for real. Just started back though a few weeks ago. Not trying to get anywhere close to what I use to do. Just repping up to 225 now on bench, 275 squat and some light movements with dumbbells. I am doing more machines now then anything. I was 280 at the time.
When I was playing,
Bench - 515
Squat- 650
Clean - 385
13 years ago. No wraps.

When I was in college both my eyes went completely blood shot for a good week and a half to two weeks after finishing up a leg press exercise we had to do.
