Rodgers

Quote:Rodgers

Stop.
Somewhere between Blaine Gabbert and Tom Brady
Somewhere between Rob Johnson and Quinn Gray.

To some it seems his floor is Manning, Brady, Montana, and Rogers!

Quote:Probably that white popcorn stuff that is so popular.

Smart Food? Good call.
Quote:Neither was Ware

My take on Andre Ware is that his lack of accuracy as a passer was the primary reason why he was a bust as an NFL QB.   With the Lions,  other than 2 games late in the 1992 season,  Ware didn't come remotely close to living up to his draft billing.
How is he on the court?
He is nothing like Wallace, Wallace was a running QB and is lke 5'11, Andre Ware lol like has been said played in a run and shoot, why compare him to them? Oh hes black.

And Alex Smith come on now, once again Alex Smith played in a Tebow offense at Utah, and had to learn how to be a QB

How about compare him to guys who played in pro style offenses for 3 or more years

Matt Ryan.

That doesnt fit their narrative so they wont say players like that

IMO that's his ceiling meaning the best he can be. I don't think he can be Rodgers, but Ryan is sure good enough to win with. That Seneca wallace comparison is embarrasing.

I think his low would be alex smith

Maybe because we dont think he has Matt Ryan ceiling?

The best he can be is alex smith?

Matt Ryan is a good upside comparison.   Ryan probably would be my answer to the question at the beginning of the thread.

The way Alex Smith has played the last few years, yes IMO.  Not that its a bad thing just I wouldnt take him at 3 with the elite players that will be on the board.
Is Matt Ryan really a good QB or do his WR's make him look like good QB? Without his go to last year Ryan was exposed.

Tony Gonzalez helped a lot also.

Speaking of that....maybe it's time to take a closer look at Central Florida?

The same could be true for Biff Bortles. Those backs and receivers look pro-ready. Funny, they're just the out-of-focus guys on that PR bus.

Yes he's a good QB is he an elite QB maybe not, but its hard to find a Manning, Brady, Rodgers, if you can find a good QB you get them
