It should be this way, but sadly it isnt.

Quote:True.
Those who are infatuated with him are in denial and are sweeping it under the rug.
Those who doubt him aren't surprised.
Neither will be changing their minds.

Quote:Middlekauf is the same guy that said December that Bridgewater might stay in school. He didn't.
Middlekauf also is the guy that put McCarron skipped the Senior Bowl because he thought he'd be a top 20 pick. He denies it.
Middlekauf sounds more like a guy wanted to stay relevant by throwing poop on a wall and hoping it sticks.
He also said he would take terelle Pryor over cam newton.

There are enough people out there that are simply contrarians or want to be different so their name sticks out (or because their company wants ratings *coughcough* ESPN) that you can find whatever opinion you want on anyone. There will be outliers for everything.
The vast majority of people have Teddy as a top 5 pick. That's because he's very worthy of being a top 5 pick.

Middlekauff was the same guy that ripped Kaepernick for wearing his hat backwards. Would take anything he says with a grain of salt.
Probably an "EX-SCOUT" for a reason.

Don't confuse the so-called "vast majority" of bloggers and message board addicts with NFL front offices. That's a grave mistake.
Those were some of the same folks guaranteeing we'd go Geno Smith with the second pick.

Geno isn't an outlier. They do this kind of thing every year. They collectively get infatuated with some players.

You're over-inflating his stock, and you have from the very beginning. If love wasn't blinding you, you'd have realized that by now.
These are the same conversations we were having last year. I expect you to be just as bewildered and throw out every excuse in the book, just as they did, if it doesn't turn out the way you think it will. Every sign is screaming to you to temper those expectations, but you're in too deep.

Bridgewater is skinny, noodle-armed, inaccurate with bad footwork/mechanics. He's a 5th round lifetime backup @ best. He's a taller and less athletic Seneca Wallace.

Quote:Some of us do, even against all the pleading to join the bandwagon.Yep
I don't think he or any of the QBs are worth taking in the top 10.

I'm hoping my sarcasm detector is working. The only truth mentioned above is "skinny".
