I understand you guys hate Michelle Obama, but seriously, what she said was just a common type of partisan statement.   Why would that irritate you so much?  I don't get it.  People say these types of things all the time.

I think people are just ready for them to be gone and don't want to hear anything from them while they're on their way out. Their divisive and disparaging remarks are classless and unnecessary. I do appreciate that on a personal/family level their behavior was above board. I may not like what they say but they didn't have personal bombshells that were imploding everywhere. Of course, I guess it couldn't have made things any worse if they had implosions.

There is a general protocol for the outgoing first family. These statements were beneath those norms.

You can't expect the public to act above this type of behavior if it's in line with the Obama's.

Trump won 2 states, Michigan and Wisconsin, by less  than a percentage point, Pennsylvania and Florida but just over a percentage point. Any 3 of those go to Hillary, she is President-Elect. Obama's approval rating in early November was his highest since before his 2012 election
