We have huge TVs, pools, and, my favorite, we are not in ohio.

Cleveland has some nice young talent but that ownership group is a mess.

There are better days ahead for Cleveland. Haslam will probably be required to sell the team when he checks in to Leavenworth.
Quote:He was honest. Can't fault him for that.
Do you think he's biter because they cut Dave when they drafted Blaine though?

Why cut Blaine he's under a low contract and is at least a backup if Chad is injured, unless they draft a great talent at QB

I expect the Jaguars depth chart at QB to look like this next year:

Henne

first/second-round QB

Matt Scott or late-round QB/UDFA

I don't really see any scenario in which Gabbert is on the team next year. He's proven that he's a colossal bust, inferior to Henne, and while the team doesn't save any money by cutting him, it doesn't cost them any more either, and it eliminates the distraction that he could turn into, intentionally or otherwise.
I love the fact that he was honest.

Josh Gordon, who they were trying to trade last season.  And Joe Haden, who Cecil schooled last time we played.

Why wouldn't he be bitter?  It's happened to him the last three teams he was with.  His body broke down and the rookie won the job.  Three times.

Difficult to say.  If he's not part of the plan, cut him as early as you can so he can try to catch on somewhere else.  Regardless of pay, at some point it becomes a mercy cut with Blaine.  At best he'll stick around for his final year as the 2/3 only because he's been in the system.
