Quote:It would have been a tight race that's for sure.
Don't go by the National title game and everything after the Winston scandal.

If FSU caught the SEC fresh, it wouldnt be close
Quote:I don't think you understand how talented FSU actually is

They would beat SC by a 2-3 touchdowns just because of the wear they can put on a team over the course of 48 mins

In SC? It would be a close game. SC hasn't lost at home in like 3 years. 2-3 touchdowns my [BLEEP].

No. It would have been a close race like it is every year
Quote:errrrmmmm...I missed your point here. Johnny had more passing yards per game, more passing yards overall on the year, and a higher completion percentage than Winston did?...what am I missing. All Manziel's rushing yards were just the cherry on top this past season.
Many times Winston was handing the ball off due to the game being out of reach

I also think you have to account big time for the system they play in

Manziel plays in a system that allows him to "make plays" or do whatever he wants

Winston HAS to adhere to concepts and to a controlled system

If Winston played the spread he would eclipse Manziels numbers easily, especially with the team around him

The combination of physicality with the sheer speed of FSU would be too much

I actually agree with everything you said, that last statement though is just pure conjuecture...but honestly, I actually agree with 99% of this post.

It was close in past years because there is no offense in the SEC

Only since Sumlin and Missouri took the spread to the SEC have you seen high scoring offenses

Like I said, it would be a close. I would say SC 31 FSU 28 or vice versa

true true there is really no telling the last part

What in the world do you mean by there is no offense? Like what dude? No offense? Cause Clemson plays that stupid fast offense also in the ACC.

Somebody is jealous of SEC......

SC played Clemson close for a long stretch till the 4th

FSU blew Clemson out in the 1st...

SEC had no offense till A&M and Mizz U moved in. Its what it is, no offense to challenge and spread their defenses.

I know but it's football and there are so many factors that go into a game.

It would be a close game and I'm gonna leave it at that. Goodnight homie

FSU vs SC would be a laugher and I would be sure to throw money on a 20 over on FSU

I really need to stop agreeing with you.

It might be a game for a half, but South Carolina doesn't have the firepower to keep up with FSU.

You can't help yourself, I understand that

Yeah, I'm just gonna go ahead and call BS on this.
Maybe you could learn more about the scouting process.
