Its not just making a fat joke, the picture of the fat Jag in the new logo is very humorous.

Methinks, it (your take) probably has to do with who was making the joke and who the joke was intended for that alters your judgment here. Had the exact same joke been said about me (if I was heavy) oh, you'd be having a chucklefest out of the whole thing (as would most others). 

 

I forgot, politics do play a role here, and I don't mean the national kind. I mean the "clique-ee" kind.
