Getting such a Henne vibe, it's crazy.

Biggest surprise so far to me is how bad bama's o-line has played tonight. Mccarron's uncharacteristic bad decision making comes in a close second. His 2 INTs ties a career high, which tells you he doesn't have bad games too often.

Quote:Yeah, JagsFreak, I'm waiting for him to declare. Each one I do takes roughly three or four hours so I like to make sure the effort isn't wasted.
Just saying. he's had his share of really BAD games. it's only fair to take all of his games into consideration as well.

Who is this striker fellow? He's been blowing up alabama's backfield all night

It shows the McCarron lives on having great oline play and blocking, now that he has some pressure he is making mistakes, AJ is a solid 4th round pick who will be in the NFL a long time, may start a few years but he is not a franchise QB

JagsFreak, that's true. I think he had the majority of his bad games last year, though. He's gotten better consistently this year, which is the single most important trait when scouting a QB.

You'd think Saban could recruit a better kicker with all these #1 recruiting classes.

It looks like Bama's reign as a powerhouse could potentially be over after tonight's game. Maybe Saban should have taken that Texas job after all.

I wonder if this would be closer if it was FSU v Bama. Maybe Bama wouldn't have come out as flat as they are now.

I mean regardless of who you got at QB, I would think a kicker who could consistently make a 30 yd FG would be at the top of a coach's must-have list.

Boy, you have low standards.

Just looking at this game compared to Manziel's, there's no way I would hold off on Manziel or Teddy in the first to take McCarron in the second. You need a home run at QB. And AJ just doesn't look like that.

Wrong way to start half for OU.
Also, I hate the spread punt formation. You have three unathletic lineman as personal protectors who are never gonna make a tackle if they have to.

You could have said the same watching Manziel against UF 2012, Ole Miss 2012, or LSU 12/13. AJ shouldn't be judged solely on this game.
