As said, I'd doubt it....it was too natural the way that first post was presented. When stuff is intentional, I can usually pick up on it. There are just subtleties that give it away. In this case it didn't have any.

Because theres no reason to capitalize it. Unless it begins a sentence, it shouldn't be capitalized. Media has presented it as capitalized the same way as Sammy presented it, and thats where I'm guessing he picked up on it and is now using it that way.
