I mena the Int was bad, but with time running on the clock and no reciever open he runs for 2 yads and waste 20 seconds of clock time instead of just throwing it into the bench?!? i mean come on that has to be one of the stupidest things i have ever seen him do(well maybe 4th down throwing out of bounds). Even gabbert willt hrow it away when being chased by ghosts. No Gabbert would have been on the ground, and we never would have had 20 to start with.

Well, I hope WonderBoy has your number. I know Blaine Gabbert does.
It's not hard to figure it up.
This team has won 4 teams with a completely non functional QB, they lost 3 games they could have won if they had a functional QB or elite prospect. (St Louis, Arizona, and the Bills yesterday) and they still get Tennessee again.
This team would win at least 8 games with an elite prospect. (Rookie year Luck or RG3 or Russell Wilson, for example)

just saying tennessee's backup threw for almost 400 yards and 4 TD's yesterday, Kinda makes chad look like a moron and us stupid for keeping henne around and not getting fitz last year. I wonder what Fitz' pricetag was

Oh, you all are going to be pretty sad if he ends starting for the team beginning the 2014 season.
Gabbert is much worse, and is as good as gone. Henne will likely be retained and will most likely start until his successor is ready.

I'll be as sad as I'd be if Gabbert were starting.
The only reason either one would be around and even with a sniff of the starting job next year is if Caldwell decides he wants to pull a colts and tank for Winston.

We're talking about Stephan Wonderboy, right? He good

Then it will be someone else's fault.
I can foresee Henne starting game 1 next season while Wonderboy tries to figure out what's going on.
I envision a veteran QB, Henne or Gabbert w/the loser being released starting for the first four games until our drafted QB grows his NFL Legs. If he's a first rounder, he'll have a better chance of starting immediately but if he's drafted surpassed the first round he needs to sit a few games and learn. We don't want the scenario of Gabbert 2.0 bitting us in the buttocks...
NH3...

Yeah, because they're both playing behind the same offensive line, with the same receivers.
Is it because of video games that people seem to think football is just a game of plug in and play?

I'd put money on a QB we draft starting from game 1.

Preemptive hating of the draft pick. Doesn't get much better than this.

He is absolutely 100% right. Nobody knows how the pick will play, whoever that pick may be. FACT!

I'd definitely would have no problems with this, as long as he still had a successor for the not so distant future..

Henne completely freezes up in the red zone. It's incredible how bad he looks once some mental pressure hits him. It's all in his head. Otherwise he is a decent QB. But you can't live with a PTSD QB having Flashbacks and hallucinating angels like an obama translator inside the 20. Bye Chad.

The problem is once you get to the red zone checkdowns stop working because the defense only has to drop back 10-15 yards to cover all of the field, so a QB actually has to be able to make good throws in that area.

Preemptive hyping of a QB who has yet to play in the NFL. Doesn't get more silly than this.
