I'd be lying if I say I don't laugh every time I watch the video. It is hilarious. I know it's wrong, but man.
The guy keeps repeating the same basic moves, and his facial expressions are hilarious. I know people who sign have facial expressions but not like this guy. It's almost as if he was trying to think of his next move.
Facial expressions are very important to sign language, actually. I learned sign language in high school (and actually got to sign the National Anthem for the school's special Olympics), and facial expressions are actually part of what you learn. Watching the video, it looks like he's just making it up as he goes along.
I don't know a whole lot about signing, but I figured facial expression was very important. The expressions I see this guy make are way different then when I see people who actually know how to sign do it.
I think he said "This is our territory. Come around here and we'll pop a cap in your derriere."
I dated a girl once who had deaf parents. As I was forced to watch this while trying to get the weather I noticed that guy and was kinda wondering what was up. I learned a lot of ASL dating that girl and talking to her parents. But I just chalked it up to surely I didn't know better.

I knew something was wrong when I started understanding what he was saying and I don't even speak sign language.

It's not a typo, or a misspelling. It's another name for him.
