Quote:Tyrod has been benched.

Think its more so to keep him healthy to decide if they want to pick his option up or not. Not due to play or saying anything at this point.

I thought that at first but Ian Rapoport said today that upper management has wanted to bench Tyrod for a while but Rex wanted him to start.

Interesting, Schefter just said on SC what I just said.

Tyrod has been a solid QB. No idea why they'd want to bench him.

Same he's been real good.

"In Tyrod Taylor's 2 years with Bills he has completed 62% of his passes, accounted for 7541 total yards, 48 total TDs & 12 INTs"

While this could be true, the players union would go crazy if a player got sat for financial risk reasons so they would say it's for another reason either way.

Yeah that make sense. Covering their backside.
Maybe they wanna see what they got in EJ but he has not looked good much times he has played.

The players union has no say in a guy's playing time. It's pretty dumb to think they would advocate playing a guy just for the opportunity to get injured.
I'd love Tyrod as competition for Bortles. Sadly I think he can get a starting job easy elsewhere if Buffalo ships him off
Tyrod in chip Kellys offense would be real fun to watch!

Agree.  If they don't keep Tyrod, then the'll be drafting a QB high and/or signing another vet.
Tyrod would be quality in Denver's scheme.
Tyrod is going to become a FA now.

I'd be pretty scared if the Texans manage to get him. That's a super bowl caliber defense and Tyrod is miles better than Brock.

That i had not considered.  That would not be good.
I believe the rumors that the Browns are very interested in Tyrod.

Yep. Hue signed RG3 and had interest in Kaepernick too. He definitely fits the bill of what hes looking for in mobile qbs.

Don't know much about the cap situation with them though. Is it even feasible?
Tyrod to the Browns would be fun to watch.

Man, what do you have against Tyrod Taylor?  Why would you wish the Browns on him?
