Quote:Could you break down his INT % into 2 categories...#1 when it matters (critical point in a game) and #2 when it doesn't?Agree. I would like to see his INT's when it matters (probably near 80%) and his touchdown passed when it matters (near 50%). Thats my guess.
Quote:Steve Young record in Tampa 3-16We can agree on this, the "QB winz" people are silly.
Steve Young record in SF 91-33
Judging QB's purely on wins is stupid

Space coast. You can give his stats, his numbers in the last 5 games, whatever excuse you want about coaching and O-line ect... We have all been watching football for most of our lives, and Blake Bortles looks like one of the QBs that will never be any good. I actually started rematching last years games and figuring out how many touchdowns vs ints he threw when it counted, I'm about halfway through the season and its awful.
Honestly I hope the Jags get rid of Caldwell along with Gus (he hired him, chose not to fire him, and helped to put him in the position to fail for at least 2 years). And I hope whatever new GM/Coach come in here, they bring another QB in to replace blake until they draft their guy. I don't care who it is. He just has to play AVERAGE. Do you understand how hard it is to be THIS bad EVERY year!?

New ways for us to be embarrassing in defeat.

Combine that with being the QB with most interceptions since he entered the league, most batted down passes QB since entered the league and that he has 11 pick 6 against 10 wins and well....wow..
Quote:Blakes performance, now thats the quintessential example of competition. It takes great competition to out-Gabbert Blaine damn Gabbert, but dammit we've done it.
I can't wait to see how bad the next guy and next regime is.
Quote:Nope. It's proof that the #26 ranked scoring defense made him throw those.
