I saw him use a different couple of words on the sideline after one of the team's many screw-ups. It was an 'F' bomb followed the word 'Me'.  I thought to myself..." Patience Gus... it's coming".

Just look at Adam Gase and what he's doing with Tannehill. Look at the Dolphins. THAT is what a good coach looks like.
