Cannot wait to NOT hear that again...

You never see him actually coach. I never see him going over and reviewing plays with Bortles. Or calling the receivers or line together to make a point along with their position coach.. Blake is usually left alone to spin his football on the bench..As far as actual coaching, he leaves that to his position coaches, which may be a large part of the problem.. Actually, I don't know what the man does on game day to earn his rather large paycheck, besides clapping after every series no matter if good or bad. For most games he seems totally non involved with his players, while watching his game plan disintegrate. Perhaps He can manage a few players, but total oversight of the team's personnel, while also creating and modifying strategy, seems beyond his capabilities.
