I can see us going 3-5 inside the division and going 3-5 outside the division. I don't think we are good enough to sweep the trap games, but also think we are good enough to swipe a game or two from a good opponent.

My estimation is going 6-10 and dropping a few hundo on the over. I also don't think SEA will go over 10.5, nor do I see ATL going over 10 again either. Those seem to be the safer bets than the Jags going 6 wins lol.

Thoughts? Whats all your projections?

5 wins sounds right. IMPROVEMENT.
hahaha I tried to add some extra ** ** ** ** to make it even more offical, forgot about the whole bad word removed part. if a mod can fix that be cool thx.

i wanted to click 7 but couldn't convince myself to doing so.

10 wins, Fournette OROY. Ramsey will make the Pro Bowl (and not as an alternate!). Bortles will do better, Robinson will do better.

Ya know... I would like to think that the Jags can do better than 6 wins this season; but I honestly don't see reason for excessive optimism given our track record. I'm not going to get sucked into the media/team hype this time.

... the Jags have to go out and prove their not losers now; so far, they haven't been doing it.

The people who voted 8 or 9 wins are getting fooled again.
Agree stitch, I bought in last year and lost 300$ on the 5.5 over....wasn't happy at all. We had a good week one showing and I thought we should have beat GB. We lost by stupid [BAD WORD REMOVED] and It should have been a sign warning of things to come, just like it does every year. Around week 7 I knew it was a lost season. I think we can split games with everyone except for HOU in our DIV, I think they sweep us. Then I think we win a game from either BAL or NYJ, take a game from LAR, 49ners or ARI, and one more from CLE, LAC, CINN, possibly stealing 1 game elsewhere for an optimistic outlook. I'm going true life story mode and thinking we do some Jags [BAD WORD REMOVED] and drop one of those 4 scenarios thus giving us a solid 6 wins. I honestly think this is a safe bet, but due to past exps I just can't bring myself to put $$$ where my mouth is. I think ATL has superbowl hangover, especially w the loss of Shanahan. I just don't seem then pulling 10 wins, nor SEA at 10.5. NE however I think is a lock for the over at 11.

Vegas is usually pretty spot on. Though if we really do end around 5-6 wins I'll be very upset
5.5?  I almost feel inclined on betting on this... if this team cant win 6 games with the talent they have everywhere and the easy schedule we have... then idk what to say, this team probably doesn't deserve to be in existence at that point..

6 wins this season should be a no brainer or something is massively wrong

where does one go to bet against the over under?
I live in Cali (Sacramento area) and got a friend who goes through a bookie, who drives to Reno, NV once a week to place our bets. We in turn make the bets with him, he plays the house in this case.  He has a house in NV and pays his dues there. Been a family run business for 3 gens now. That's how I do it, and I don't do it often. Just when I see something too good to pass up. I think you can possibly find a site online that does it. Use a prepaid credit card of the amount. I'm not sure if that's legal in all states. They started cracking down hard past few years on online gambling. http://www.sportsbettingflorida.com/ it looks like its legal in your state, find a good website for it or go down to your casino? Indian casinos can also take the same Vegas bets.

I just as a rule don't like to bet w websites or give out my credit info to a website i know nothing about. I'd say Casino if at all possible. Once at the casino, look for the sports book area or the place they take sports bets. they will have a bunch of betting cards, they are pieces of paper in different color that are 4 inches wide and like a foot long. find the card that has over and under for football stuff and find the season win/loss totals. they have people there that can help show you whats what on those cards. hope that helps!

this is not good. the jags are said to be tied withe titans for the 3rd easiest schedule. and all they can come away with is 5 or 6 wins ?

Six wins is a lock bet.
I'm still predicting 5 wins.Still lot's of question marks. On defense!

Safeties Gibson and Church?

LB Myles Jack?

DE Dante Fowler?Yannick Ngakoue? Pass rush?

On Offense

Oline Robinson? Cann? Parnell? Albert?

QB Bortles?Bortles?Bortles? Bortles?

Wr Allens both need to bounce back and Marqise needs to stay healthy again.

RB Fournette needs to run for over 1,200 yards and at least 7 touchdowns in rookie year.

How does one team go 3-5 in a division when there are only 3 other teams that you play twice? That's only 6 games.
haha your right, i was just going around throwing numbers around left and right thinking of diff situations and somehow came up with that. ill have to lay off the carb cleaner

2-4 division

4-6 out of div

We beat ourselves in the bye week.

9 wins, book it.  For reference, I predicted 8 wins last year so YMMV.
