Yet another game that we should have won.... Did the refs help out like always, sure. But we are still showing the lack of consistency and standard football mechanics. We are showing an upward arrow on offense with the firing of Olson; but there were still play calls that made me wonder. If our leadership knew what they were doing, Olson would have been gone after the Baltimore loss; definitely after the Oakland loss. Gus is definitely gone by end of season; as there is no one to replace him now. I just don't know who we bring in to correct this.
Also, I think a lot of us are going to look at this game in the positive. But we have to remember that most of KC's offense was injured and Kelce was thrown out. So, even with a win, it wouldn't be a truly comparative one. I'm just so tired of losing and looking like poo.
Does anyone else get kicked to the curb this week?

We are so far past looking at positives. 2-6. Jags lost.... just like almost every single game GUS has coached.
I'm not looking at this game as a positive and no one else should either.
Do you really think this team should be 6-2? Really? Please detail how that would be possible without every single possible break going our way, I'd love to hear this explanation.
We just lack that killer instinct that elite teams possess. It's just hard to do the little things right, and we always turn it over when we're having success.
We should've been relegated to the Minor Football League a long time ago, if it existed.
And you're getting crazy!
It's no wonder we can't get turnovers. One Jag will tackle while the others watch.
we are who we are..... losers
Can't quote you Hendershot from this comp (for whatever reason....), but I'd say our schedule should have looked like this:
Green Bay - win (poor play calling lost us this game)
San Diego - loss (not even going to try here)
Baltimore - win (another example of poor play calling that cost us the game)
Indy - win
Chicago - win
Oakland - win (I think if Olson was gone, this game would have turned out much different)
Tennessee - loss (Possibly could be like the Oakland game, but it was bad; so not going there)
KC - win (turnovers, turnovers, turnovers.....)
We should definitely have a better record that what we do. But we kept this inept coaching staff a year too long and it's taking it's toll. #here's2nextYear
Jags were absolutely demolished by the Chargers and Titans. There's two losses right there. Throw in every other game that we trailed in the majority of the game. Not sure how that translates to 6-2. This team has talent but it absolutely doesn't know how to or believe it will win. This team needs a drastic change in attitude and leadership. Until then, expect more of the same.
Stop it please. This team is terrible.
jags should have been in the super bowl in '99.
saying it doesn't make it true.
we're 2-6 losers

Ya have the giants, the jets, and the pats. which team ya like to root for? the bills too.
No, we shouldn't. We are a bad football team. The Chiefs were at one point without their starting QB, WR1, top 2 RBs, and their superstar TE and we STILL lost with our entire starting offense being healthy. That's how bad we are. The QB is bad and our receivers can't catch. We earned every bit of 2-6.
We are what our record says we are.
Be happy we have 2 wins.
With that said, there's no doubt we'll probably win a couple more games.
But a 4 or 5 win season still isn't all that amazing.

No we are not. Just the players who need to play are not playing well. Hurn's got his contract and did what? Robinson had a chance on a some what decent pass and gave up. So when ya top 2 receivers are not playing well. Can't blame everything on the qb.
Our defense is better then it has been in years. If you are to say o line needs improvement I will agree. But our rt desperately needed help and lewis or one of the rb should of came and gave parnell help.

Bingo. Just like last year. We should have won our division. But we didn't, because we are poorly coached. There's nothing we should be proud of after this loss.
This team was destroyed by injuries and we still couldn't beat them.

How true
We should be 8-0 with a better GM, a better coaching staff and a better team.
But we are the Jaguars, so 2-6 is well deserved.

Chiefs were 1-14 on 3rd down. Jags rushed for over 200..... and they lost.
That's insane!
