Not really a negative about a person's character if he and his employer agreed to a guaranteed amount of money over the life of that contract. It's like us signing a deal with our employer for a guaranteed salary, the only way we give that up is if we are fired, find a better job elsewhere or win the lottery. He's clearly in over his head. He's completely incompetent and doesn't deserve a fraction of what he's making. But it isn't only about the money. He's dragging other people down with him. NFL players careers are very short, and we're seeing valuable years wasted because this moron continues to believe he's an NFL coach. That, or he's only in it for the money.
