You are terrible at your job.

If khan won't fire your [BLEEP] then grow a pair and leave on your own.

Stop embarrassing yourself and just leave.

Why? He is making millions. I would take 4 years of national embarrassment in a small market for a several mil. You would have to pry my hands off of that money. lol. I imagine he is the same. Fire me if you dont like me.

Coach's contracts are guaranteed. If you resign that guarantee goes away. No coach is going to do that unless he has a bigger contract waiting on the other side.

It's like winning the lottery.  Do an absolutely horrible job, I mean the worst coaching job in NFL history, retire as a millionaire and be able to travel the world in first class, go on a cruise and be in a suite, just live the sweet life.

Us poor schmucks have to go to work and watch this garbage.

He won't. He doesn't care as much about this team as we do.

Also, Marrone isn't the answer, so it doesn't matter.

That says slot about a person's character, taking money one doesn't deserve or is clearly not earning. All at the expense of countless other people,to boot.

Not really a negative about a person's character if he and his employer agreed to a guaranteed amount of money over the life of that contract. It's like us signing a deal with our employer for a guaranteed salary, the only way we give that up is if we are fired, find a better job elsewhere or win the lottery. Why should it be any different for Gus? Is it because his earning millions? Sorry, but a contract is a contract whether that's to pay a head coach millions or a labourer thousands.

Plus, maybe in Gus' mind he can still turn this around? It's unlikely. But maybe he is so uber positive that he can't accept defeat and resign from his position. And that's without considering he's preached accountability and not quitting since the day he came here, if he resigns - he quits, he gives up, which is a bad example to set to a young impressionable team regardless of his ability to do this job or not.

People no longer care.  It is a money or no accountability world.

He's clearly in over his head. He's completely incompetent and doesn't deserve a fraction of what he's making. But it isn't only about the money. He's dragging other people down with him. NFL players careers are very short, and we're seeing valuable years wasted because this moron continues to believe he's an NFL coach. That, or he's only in it for the money.

And he can't honestly think he can turn anything around. If he does, he's more stupid than I thought.

Lol, when I originally read this title, I was like, why is the OP asking Gus to "re-sign"?

Re-sign vs. resign (re-ZINE).

Got it.

You know, I'd probably feel a little different if we saw that guy two years ago. I bet the players would too.
