Jags over Colts (Odd week)
Titans over Browns (unless MM develops a hangnail and is ruled out in the next 24 hours)

Good job having the team prepared this week, Dougie.  With 2 weeks to plan, think ya might be able to get the back-to-back monkey off yours?  It is the Bungles, after all.

2-0 this week, 14-8 overall.

Bengals strength is defensive line, might be another stinker.

We'll have the home field disadvantage to contend with as well.   Wallbash

Yet, if Leonard and Cam are healthy I can't think of a reason we lose that game.  Let's just hope our Jags can't think of one either.
(10-20-2017, 02:18 PM)B2hibry Wrote: [ -> ]Jaguars (3-3) at clots (2-4)- At this point in the season I believe I understand who the Jags are as a team and it does not look good. The defense started strong and the Dbs are obviously playing better, but as a complete unit, the D has the potential to get manhandled. The offense, well, lacks receivers, a QB, and the ability to score consistently. With Fournette having some ankle issues, the offense is even more disadvantaged. Unfortunately, I think the clots whoop the jags.  clots 33, Jags 10.

tacks (3-3) at Browns (0-6)- The Browns have to pull one out eventually, right? With Mariota limited by a hamstring and Murray missing practice again with a hammy, the Browns only semblance of a strength (total defense ranked higher than Jags) may shine. tacks 17, Browns 21.

1-2 Last Week
10-10 overall
LOL

33 by the Colts? Almost had it.

This week... Jags can't lose can they? Well I suppose they can but, I'm picking them anyway.
and the brownies just aren't good enough to pick them to beat anyone... they'll win a game or two... I just don't when or against whom.
It probably ain't this week, though I wish it was.

Jags

 2-0 this week
Overall 11-11
Boy this columnist is brutal... I don't think there is a Jags columnist that has ever been this brutal... The video is a riot..

The score was shocking. Three field goals with a healthy Super Mariota? That was insane. Last week Mariota was almost immobile and had no difficulty moving the ball against a not-so-bad defense.

2-0

He was maybe 65%, not healthy.  Better than the alternative, though (Cassell).  Should be much closer to 100% after the bye week.  And anyone who watches football knows it was four field goals, not three. And Indy's defense is terrible.  Really terrible.  Real fans know this.

Even after correcting all of your errors and misstatements, as a Titans fan, I'm still not thrilled with the way they performed.  Happy to be tied for first place, but [BLEEP] this division is terrible.

Oops, I was thinking of Tennessee's score at the two-minute warning.

The division is terrible?
Only one team has a losing record.

I think the Jags and tinhorns are actually playing better than expected. Your tacks, I think, are not reaching expectations... which makes sense why you would want to spin it to "terrible division"
The AFC North is worse than our division.
NFC North's bottom half is pretty bad too.

But... shouldn't expect much from a tack

Ha ha...win 2 games in a row and get back to me.  The division is terrible.  Just 'cause the AFC North sucks doesn't mean the AFC South doesn't suck, too.  I get that you're giddy to not be 2-12 or 3-13, but come on dude...is mediocrity now king?

Jags are getting better every week. You could see it if you weren't busy watching awful tack ball

I saw it on 9/17 and wasn't impressed.  Saw part of the game on 10/15 and still wasn't impressed.  I'll see it again on 12/31.  Let me know if you're in town for the game and I'll buy you a beer.

Is this statement as accurate as the statements in your previous post?

Curious...who do you root for in a Jags/Packers match up?  Or was it the Broncos that you liked?  I get so confused...

No beer for you....only Kane.
Suddenly, I'm thirsty for a beer.
