Possible the oil cap wasn't tight and that's why you have oil all over the engine.

Also coolant blew all over the motor.

Do I replace the engine or tear the joker down and replace the heads (bottom end).

Just saw this post.


Go with a salvage yard engine. If you reseal the top the bottom end is prone to blow out since you'll have perfect pressure on the top end. After 10 years or 150k heads on a Chrysler I don't advise.


Check our car-parts.com it's a used parts catalog you can find motors on there.
