Quote:Unfortunately, Teddy is a backup. He can't throw the ball over 15 yards.

The last 3 throws Teddy made before he got hurt. Better than anything Blake has ever shown. All over 15 yards.

Got anything else?
Bortles sucks. Going off of spacecoast's posts, I'm pretty sure I know what too.

LOL. Ok sure. Teddy Bridgewater was hurting his WRs stats so badly, they were getting ready to grab a new QB in the offseason anyway

Bortles LED the NFL with 72 passes OVER 20 yards last year.

Teddy Bridgwater was only 37.5% over 20 yards......

You're not a scout and you don't have a clue. Teddy is a backup QB.

You're not a scout either, or did you just add that to your resume just a moment ago?

Nope but my father IS.

Did your daddy tell you Blake was a good QB? If so he's a crappy scout.
How about instead of firing Dave we fire these [BLEEP] scouts

In your dreams. He chose Peyton over Ryan Leaf. Selection of the century.

Jags ONLY problem is coaching.

Oh TMD, it was only a matter of time before your own stupidity gave you away.

Teddy showed a nice increase in arm strength all throughout the offseason, ya know as 22 year olds are capable of doing, and it showed in that clip. Those were 3 back to back to back beautiful passes with great timing, velocity, and ball placement. Things Blake has shown consistently that he can't do on any front.

I really don't get why you are so fixated on the past. This year Blake is 0-10 on passes over 20 yards in the air and dead last in the league with a -37 DYAR, what about that?

No! In YOUR dreams. My dad IS Peyton Manning and my dad says not only does he not know your daddy he said that Blake eats PApa Johns 4 nights a week which is why he's fat. He assumes Blake sucks on the field due to being dumber than a box of rocks.

If he's your biological father you've officially ruined any shred of credibility he once had.
Quote:Maybe we should have picked Teddy "backup" Bridgewater, Javeon "bust no heart" clowney, or Johnny "out of NFL" Manziel.

Those were the only 3 picks 98% of this board wanted.

When are you just gonna face it that it doesn't matter WHO the Jags would have picked when you have Shad Khan, a (16-55) owner and Gus Bradley, a (14-41) coach.

It's not on Caldwell. It's on the inept owner and coaching.

(10-26) Bortles record as a starter looks GREAT compared to the two losers records above. Especially when you factor in that Gus defense averaged giving up 26 ppg BEFORE Bortles was drafted and now 28 ppg AFTER
Well that's a lie. A lot of people also wanted Mack.
When your mouth isn't full, tell Blake when he's drunk and playing a game, "when you see 2 Allen Robinsons, throw the ball in between them. You should hit your mark."

Lol his daddy is a scout for bleacher report hahahha.

On a serious note, an interesting part of that article is that teddy understood why he was missing on the deep ball. He attributed it to aiming at the player instead of throwing to an area and letting the WR go get it.

I don't know how right he is about that, but you compare that to Bortles explanation of why he's struggling with accuracy: "I don't know."
whoever deleted my post, I appreciate the lack of warning. But, you've gotta admit it was a good one, right? Right?

Patience
Quote:Patience
Even if I do get one shortly, I appreciate you making me a better person.

Having said that, can you give Blake and Gus a few warnings to make them better too? Smile
Quote:Of course he did. Teddy had a 17 ppg defense. Blake had a 28 ppg defense.

Blake lost to the Titans 39-42.

Wake me up when 16 TD season backup Teddy throws 5 TDs in a game much less half a season.

LOL he has Adrian Peterson and Jags have Yeldon.

Jags fans are inept.

^inept

Raiders:

-one of the Worst defenses in the league (they gave up a bunch of points again today)

-not much running game at all

-the most penalized team in the league (coaching)

They are 5-0 on the road, and their QB looks LEGIT. They're winning.

But, "no QB can win with a bad PPG defense, no running game, and penalties galore."

Oh, wait
