I was wondering how this board would react after we lost a game after our first 4 game win streak in years. We are gonna lose games. That’s all. That’s the game. We don’t have Brady so to expect never to loss is just crazy. Now we’ve gone from 13-3 to 7-9 lol.

I suggest we try something new this week and run Fournette up the middle on 1st and 2nd down then throw a screen on 3rd and 7.

Just watched Pagano's press conf where he talked about Groundhog Day and hurricanes. I don't see him much but it sure looked like he's losing his grip. It was very odd.
I never said jags would lose this week,nor did i say they would beat the colts. I said its a must win game for jags which it is. no way tittians lose to texans again. as of now tittians have a 3-1 division record a win will make them 4-1. jags are 2-1 in division. Jags need to win this week to keep up with tittians.
We all know how these divisional games go. Most years teams split. I know the Titans swept the clots this year but that is unusual for most teams. Look at the patriots losing the occasional game to the jets or the dolphins..
If the jags win this one to pull off the sweep, i dont see it being as lopsided as the first game. The clots will come in ready to play. Irsay loves florida, colts win 20-14

It's one game though.
The defense has played lights out for pretty much 10 games. Then they have a few mental lapses in one game and now all of a sudden their bad? They still caused 2 turnovers and scored a TD.

This is what Mike Mularkey does with Mariota. Always sets him up in 3rd & longs. Just horrible play calling & very predictable

Catch us sleeping? The Jags just lost a close game. If anything, they are now awake from that loss. Gore with 93 yards and 2 TDs? Have you seen the run defense the past 5 games? Peterson had 79 yards....
The Jags have everything to play for and they just got beat by Gabbert. The Colts have nothing to play for and their coach is on the way out.
I hope the clots do fire Pagano because what he's gotten out of that bottom feeder roster this year is nothing short of amazing.

They had 2 plays that were basically lapses in our otherwise strong defensive stance that day. 2 plays equaled 70-80 of his yards and both of his TDs. Church was caught sleeping and Smith went out and left some backup DE/LB on a TE....
Gabbert was rather pedestrian. Had our offense done ANYTHING on the day, he gets less opportunities from different field positions..
We better come up with a plan for 8 or 9 in the box, blitzes on 3rd and long, or it could be a repeat of the Arizona game.
Injuries are the only real concern for the Jags in this match-up.
With a healthy O-Line they'd have beaten the cards by running more and owning the T.o.P. IMO.
They should have a bit more success in doing that against the colts - especially if they get a starter or two back from injury up front. I hope they limit Fournette's work this week and let him heal up a bit too.
Defensively I expect the Jags to harass Brissett more than they did Gabbert. Should lead to a turnover or two.
