I thought this is what the OFAC list was for?
Yes the OFAC are the ones that will do this
But the Executive order points to
B) to be a current or former government official, or a person acting for or on behalf of such an official, who is responsible for or complicit in, or has directly or indirectly engaged in

Ie Hillary

Trump has jack [BLEEP] nothing to gain by going after Hillary at this point. His 32% would chant in the streets about it, but the other 68% of the country would tell him to get a [BLEEP] life, and if the GOP badly underperforms in the 2018 elections because he grandstands to fail miserably in an attempt to put an old political foe behind bars, he just might find himself with lots and lots of free time on his hands.

Also, using the justice system to systematically target political opponents is pushing the boundaries of yet another impeachable offense.

If they have evidence of crimes by the previous administration and do nothing then you would deride them for that.

Personally? Yes.

Politically? Trump has nothing to gain by going after a miserable old woman. Dredging that back up wouldn't add anyone to the 32% of the country that still licks the turd from his boots, but it would further alienate the smaller and smaller block of voters in the center that are inclined to support Republicans in 2018. If he tries to manufacture a Hillary Clinton show trial at this point, she'll be wrongfully exonerated and he'll be laughed out of office for killing the GOP.

You're probably right that he doesn't have much to gain from it, but the amount of corruption and criminal behavior from Clinton shouldn't go investigated. He should do it for no other reason than to show that no one is above the law.

Also, in no way whatsoever is going after a criminal like Clinton even close to being an impeachable offense. Just because she's a political opponent, it doesn't give her impunity under the guise that he's "systematically targeting political opponents". There's actually legitimate evidence showing Clinton has committed crimes. It's the FBI's job to pursue these investigation, and there's reasons to believe that they intentionally mishandled that investigation.
What do you mean, iam confused
“Clinton shouldn’t go Investigated.”

Returned critique slap
“Comey chose to avoid a “massive (bad word removed )storm,” as the agent said, that would’ve resulted from exposing the entire globalist power structure.”

Trey Gowdy sums it up saying that it’s a whole lot worse than we ever imagined.
What do you think?

I say

Did you actually read this?  It doesn't seem to apply to US citizens, only foreigners.

Cut him some slack, as English appears to be his second (or third) language.
Sorry I have to cut and paste the part you didn’t take the time to read and accused me of not reading
