I don't see how it lessens the cost.  They should just give you the option to print them after you download them through the app.

Mark my words, it's going to be chaos on Sunday.

I was able to screenshot mine.  But I can't seem to download it without going through google wallet or something.

Was wondering how this would work if you cant download or cant screenshot it.  would you need to log in to the app to pull up your barcode?  And what if you're getting lousy cell reception and cant pull open the app?

In theory paperless should be quicker.  I can get into the stadium quickly along with anyone I'm with if you know what you're doing.

Electronic tickets were really being forced on people so that partnerships with company like Ticketmaster are their only choice.  The Yankees had a deal in place where it had to be done on the Ticketmaster app so it took every other after market retailer out of the resale market for them.  It's all just another layer to make money.

Key phrase bolded.

Using my wife as an example...if she had to pull these up on an app, there would be a huge delay.  And I am sure she isn't then only one in this category...especially when they've been carrying in physical tickets their entire life.

Considering what I waited through to get into the Seattle game, and then adding another 7 or 8 thousand fans to the equation, I think the security check lines will be ridiculous Sunday.

I'll be in line an hour earlier than the usual.

I actually took the time to fill out the fan survey they emailed me after that game and made note repeatedly that there just weren't enough "lanes" or staff at each gate to accommodate the inevitable influx just before kickoff.

Well you would have been earlier if you hadn't been [BLEEP] with my tequila before you came in.  [Image: biggrin.png]

Haha. I mean... I had to retrieve the paper ticket and it was just right there!

I really would have had time for the line and the tequila if they didn't have to de-ice the plane in DC that morning. Ugh.
I read somewhere yesterday that they're saying you should be in line to get in at 11, or face missing the kickoff. That seems ridiculous. Is it really that hard to get in? Even with Mobile tickets. I went to a Cahrgers game this year, and there was no problem getting in, and they were all mobile tickets as well.

They're just trying to avoid the last minute push.
And don't be holding up the line getting busted with your metal flasks full of booze. The Jaguars and the League have made it quite clear these attempts to save money and time at the booze lines in the stadium is unacceptable and when you get busted in the line to get in the stadium with it you're just adding to everyone else's time in line.

However, the Jaguars and the League would like to sell you an officially licensed plastic hip flask. This is not for smuggling booze into the stadium, mind you. This is clearly for people who prefer the taste of plastic.

There are two factors that make it tough closer to kick-off.

One:  There really are too few gates/lines for fans to be security checked and have tickets scanned.
two:  There is always that late rush about twenty-five to thirty minutes prior to kickoff that loads the lines and makes many in that late rush arrive after kickoff.

11am sounds a bit early to me, but I'd not get in line later than 11:40 personally if you plan to catch the mascot bungee jump from the light structures and the anthem. (both worth arriving early for IMO- Susan Tedeschi will sing the anthem Sunday)

I waited in line for 35-40 minutes at the Seahawks game but that was near kickoff time as I flew in that day and was delayed.  Lines will be worse this week, obviously.

The Chargers game here?  No way they were all mobile.  In fact, I'll guarantee the vast majority were physical tickets.

No. I'm a Bills fan. I saw Bills/Chargers in LA. I got to witness the worst outing by a QB in the history of the NFL. The Nathan Peterman Era was short-lived.

Stub Hub has the naming rights on where they play and there are no physical tickets. It was actually quite nice. Nobody came around harassing us about extra tickets while we tailgated.

Yeah kinda sad, Peterman is a Jacksonville kid.
Help! I have gotten through the app all the way to "My Tickets" but instead of "Scan Barcode", I see a symbol with the word pay and, to its right, "Save to phone".

I did click on the save and it sent me to a sign in for Google Wallet. Is this what I need to do?

I didn't run into that, but saving to a wallet on the phone should work fine.

(make sure you have google wallet installed on the phone first - you'll use the digital wallet to pull them up at the gate)

Did you actually pay your invoice for your playoff tickets yet?  Just curious because mine didn't have the word "Pay" anywhere on them.  On an iphone it just had a button for "Add to Apple Wallet" above "View Barcode" and "Ticket Details".
I did pay for the tickets...

I have a Samsung android.

I tried to download Google Wallet but got a message that it wasn’t compatible with my device. When I bring up the ticket now, it says “This item was already saved to Android Pay” but I click "open" and I get the message that my device isn’t compatible with this version.

Sounds like the dummy line for me tomorrow?

Google Wallet says it requires Android 4.1 or newer.  Do you have that version?  Maybe an update to your phone's OS will fix it?

You could also call your ticket agent if that doesn't work. My guy told me Thursday that they are dealing with thousands of ticket holders struggling with the tech side of the mobile tickets. Maybe he'll have an end-around for you.
From a Tech Head. Advise. Get a newer phone not on boost or straight talk. Lmao.

Common sense would say if has a physical numbers attached to (barcode) jot those down. Probaly have a way to manually input the numbers.

Or maybe at will call can login for you. And download off that device. Or have ya login in on that phone. And down load tickets. And log out.

Its not that hard. If people can be keywords: patient and listen.
