Common sense would say if has a physical numbers attached to (barcode)  jot those down.   Probaly have a way to manually input the numbers.  

Or maybe at will call can login for you.  And download off that device.   Or have ya login in on that phone.  And down load tickets.   And log out.  


Its not that hard.  If people can be keywords: patient and listen.

From a tech-dummy:

If you're going to condescend to people while giving them advice, you may want to be able to actually spell the word "advice."  

If that's out of the question (and we know it probably is)  - maybe you should make some effort not to come off like a jerk when lending your valued assistance.

See (sarcasm.)   My point is... I am sure the Jags office will have multiple ways for people to get in. 

The issue will arise with those who didn't buy.  And sold out. Or trying to get in free.  That will hold up lines.  

But Mr. NYC.    Don't get all laid back Jacksonville on me.  And see (Sarcasm for what it is)

I have a Samsung android.

I tried to download Google Wallet but got a message that it wasn’t compatible with my device. When I bring up the ticket now, it says “This item was already saved to Android Pay” but I click "open"  and I get the message that my device isn’t compatible with this version.

Sounds like the dummy line for me tomorrow?

Google Wallet says it requires Android 4.1 or newer.  Do you have that version?  Maybe an update to your phone's OS will fix it? 

You could also call your ticket agent if that doesn't work. My guy told me Thursday that they are dealing with thousands of ticket holders struggling with the tech side of the mobile tickets. Maybe he'll have an end-around for you.

If you have a friend who will go to the gate with you - yes you could. 

You can do it from your account page on your computer.

Jaguars.com> my account > manage tickets > select the box by the tickets to transfer > click on "transfer (#)"  in upper right of screen > add contact  > transfer
I did it through the app on the phone. Waiting to hear from him now.

I was able to screenshot mine.  But I can't seem to download it without going through google wallet or something.  

Was wondering how this would work if you cant download or cant screenshot it.  would you need to log in to the app to pull up your barcode?  And what if you're getting lousy cell reception and cant pull open the app?

My app was blocking it but I was able to screenshot it through the browser. Problem solved!
There is a difference between Season Tickets seats and extra tickets bought.. I bought a few extra tickets during the PreSale and couldn't figure out how to transfer them until it was made clear that those seats are available through the TicketMaster app... The extra tickets appeared in the Jags app but you can't use them there... Only through Ticketmaster can you have them scan or transfer. Through the Jags app, the Season Tickets are viewed and can be transferred...

As for Stubhub, I did sell a couple of those extra seats I bought to make a little extra coin but didn't price them high enough since they sold for a lot less than what I am currently seeing in the section they are in.. I completed the sale on Stubhub and I would suppose other resell sites by transferring to the buyer. email I was given through the Ticketmaster site the seats lived... I have already gotten paid.. The buyer will have to use Ticketmaster to use them..

It will be interesting tomorrow outside the stadium with no scalpers selling tickets.. I wonder if the only ones available will be the tickets given to refugees who may be able to sell them?? I doubt they'll have mobile tickets unless Shad gave them cell phones as well??
I would imagine it go something like this? You come here! See my phone. I have these two tickets. And if ya give me cash now ill put on card to transfer to you.

Don't want to miss this game do you????
