Hi, Jaguars fans!     Smile  A battle of AFC South Divisonal teams and current and former Jaguars coaches are in the international spotlight as our Jaguars are up northwest in Nashville, to play the Tennessee Titans, in their 45th all-time regular season meeting between the teams,   Both Jacksonville and Tennessee also lead off Week 8 of the 2016 NFL season, and both teams have adjusted and prepared from a short practice week to accomodate the NFL Network's weekly coverage, of Thursday Night Football.

Current Titans Head Coach Mike Mularkey was the Jaguars Head Coach four years ago, but  left Jacksonville after finishing with a 2-14 record in the 2012 NFL season.  Current Jaguars Head Coach was hired, but since and starting to the 2013 season through tonight, Jacksonville under Bradley's leadership own a 14-40 overall regular season record, including 2-4 in 2016.

Tonight is also rematch of both the Jaguars and Titans wearing their Nike NFL Color Rush Uniforms for tonight's game.  Jaguars won 19-13 also on Thursday Night Football at  a rainy EverBank Field on November 19, 2015. Jaguars QB Blake Bortles completed 21 of his 30 passes for 242 yards, 1 TD, and 1 INT.

Both Jacksonville will dress in their color rush gold jerseys and pants, while Tennessee will again wear their light/sky blue combined 'Smurfs' jerseys and pants.

Titans though won in the rematch and last meeting  at Nissan Stadium two weeks later on December 6.  Titans QB Marcus Mariota ran 87 yards from scrimmage to clinch Tennessee's 42-39 win in Nashville in December 6. Their win extends Tennessee lead in the series with 24 wins over 19 losses entering tonight.

Tonight's game will be televised international the NFL Network, with Jim Nantz and Phil Simms announcing the live TV game commentary, along with sideline reporter and interviewer Tracy Wolfson.

Frank Frangie, Jeff Lageman and Tony Boselli are also announcing the live radio game commentary and analysis on flagship stations WJXL Jax Radio  1010AM and 92.5FM, and the Jaguars Radio Network.

Mostly clear skies at 67 degrees is the game forecast inside Nissan Stadium for the 8:25PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff, along with 7% precipitation, 7% humidity, and northern winds at 5 miles per hour.

NO injuries, win your third game of the season, and GO JAGUARS!!!!!     :woot:    Smile  B)   ^_^

Uh oh..... 1 minute early Floridian time..

Hi Jaguars fans! I know you're all as terrified as I am of tonight's game, so let's break it down! Smile

Tonight's action sees Blake Bortles, who's clearly going trick-or-treating as the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man this year, trying to do his best Ryan Leaf impression and occasionally hit a player wearing the right jersey. On the receiving end of those ducks will be Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns, going as the famous cereal tandem Boo-Berry and Count Chocula, respectively. In the backfield, look for a heavy dose of Chris Ivory's Rodan and T. J. Yeldon's Jet Jaguar.

What, you don't know who Rodan and Jet Jaguar are? Seriously? They were monsters from some of the more underwhelming Godzilla movies of the 1960s. Oh, never mind. Ivory and Yeldon are every bit as unmemorable and anonymous as those two thus far.

Defensively, Yannick Ngakoue continues to be the terror that flaps in the night for opposing QBs, so I suppose it's fitting that his Darkwing Duck hat and cape are in the locker room, ready to go as soon as the game ends. Roy Miller, unfortunately, decided to go for Halloween as Sen'derrick Marks this year, so we'll have to see what sort of thrills and chills we get from Abry Jones and Tyson Alualu, who will no doubt be trick-or-treating as Tarzan this year to make up for his consistently Jane-esque play. Myles Jack and Telvin Smith will be dressed as Barry Allen and Wally West this year, and Paul Posluzny will be going as Darkseid. Why Darkseid? Because he's big, he's slow, and he brings the hits, just like Poz. Can the linebackers be the superheros this unit needs to stop Marcus Mariota?

The special teams are highlighted by Brad Nortmann and Jason Myers, who gets his name back for this one post only. The two planned the ultimate prank, going trick-or-treating as each other, but that plan went away when Myers, in Nortmann's jersey, was constantly asked for autographs and thanked with, "Wait, why'd you sign this 24-of-38?". He was last seen hiding in his locker binging on candy corn and circus peanuts.

And last but not least, there's Gus Bradley on the sidelines, appropriately acting like a zombie from "The Walking Dead".

Oh, wait, no. That's how he always acts when forced to call a play.

So there you have it, Jaguars fans. Best of luck to our boys in Nashville tonight! We're all with you, but we'd kind of like you to take one for the team and let this one slide. Just this once. Make Gus go away. Then win again. Thanks. Happy Halloween! Smile

I can kinda agree with this because we all expect them to be destroyed. And the jaguars are a team that  will not live up to your expectations.
No weekly argument between the bot and the brat? I am disappoint.
Jags will win tonight, then everyone needs to become HUGE Chiefs and Lions fans!
I expect the Jags to get their [BLEEP] handed to them...so we'll probably win.

Even if Jacksonville loses tonight we will all be huge Chiefs and Lions fans Sunday. But first things first, let's just go out and get a win.
Rog and the powers that be are meeting at 8PM tonight to discuss the possibility of being able to flex ANY game, ANY time, including TNF.

That "gurantee" is as dry as a popcorn toot.
Who gave the nod to the bot when merging?!

(Sigh)

Go Jags.

Gonna be at work during the game, but I've got it set to record so I can make my eyes bleed later.

Amelia started his post first. Nothing else matters to the moderators who merge threads.

Also, Amelia is not a bot. He proved it last week.
