The deep state is about to get exposed!
Here we go. Let's see what we get.
Jim Comey better find himself a good attorney.
So it's cool to declassify things when it serves Trump's political interests, but not when doing so would be politically useful for opponents.

A man of high moral fiber and great integrity, indeed. Trump is the swamp he's pledged to drain, you're just too blinded by those spray tan colored sunglasses to see it.

Also, one could make a very convincing argument that declassifying documents linked to an active federal investigation is, you know, obstructing it.

The country deserves to see what happened. This isn't a partisan issue.

Some people are sweating like a fat kid in Golden Coral right now, as they should be.

Fox news is the only network reporting the facts on this issue. That's about to change.

But the country doesn't deserve to see the committee memo written by Democrats to counter Nunes' partisan letter? Can't have it both ways. Either we get all the facts or we get none, not just the ones politically convenient for the Cheeto in Chief.
Trump wouldn't have declassified it if it didn''t make him look better or if contradicted something he's said.

I fully expect to see some more evidence from Strzok about leaking and circular investigative techniques. We'll probably see a clear motive behind the investigation.

There's a reason the FBI is hiding, and has hidden, all of this information from the public.

Trump released the memo with redactions because it purposely contained sensitive information.

The FBI/DOJ reviewed the memo and recommended the redactions. Trump didn't do it.

Why do you insist on going out of your way to support tactics of government corruption at the highest levels?

I mean, damn, do you ever get tired of defending stupidity? It's gotta be exhausting!

The Democrat memo was released after they rewrote it.

The president exercising his executive powers isn't obstruction of justice.
How can any red blooded American be against the declassification of these documents after what has been uncovered so far?

The freaking FBI was politically weaponized in 2016 and DJT still CRUSHED Hillary!

I wouldn't know. I've never tried to defend Trump.

There it is.  When people disagree with you, it's because of their inadequate biology and/or patriotism.  It could never be any legitimate reason.

No matter what party you affiliate yourself with, the weaponization of our most "trusted" institutions for political gain is down right frightening.

Red blooded American. Classic.

You forgot to add Budweiser drinkin and bald eagle ridin.

1. Documents are classified for a reason. There needs to be a reason for declassifying documents that are involved in a federal investigation, and political sleight of hand doesn't meet that criteria.

2. Trump didn't crush anyone. He lost the popular vote, but played the electoral college game like a champ. The college worked exactly as it was supposed to: small states were heard.

And the determination of that reason rests with the chief executive.  U got a problem with it?  Bring 67 senators or 270 electors.  Short of that, just grab some popcorn.

Documents can be declassified for any number of reasons, especially if there was no reason for them to be considered "classified" in the first place.  You are correct in that considering documents classified is for a reason.  To protect parties for political reasons doesn't meet the criteria.

It works both ways.  Perhaps the documents should never have been classified to begin with.

1. How about criminal actions of the document writers? Does that meet the criteria?

Only if they're Republicans.

"Red blooded" as opposed to the blue blood establishment that wants to hide the truth from the unworthy peasantry.
