The FBI/DOJ reviewed the memo and recommended the redactions. Trump didn't do it.

2. Trump didn't crush anyone. He lost the popular vote, but played the electoral college game like a champ. The college worked exactly as it was supposed to: small states were heard.

And the determination of that reason rests with the chief executive.  U got a problem with it?  Bring 67 senators or 270 electors.  Short of that, just grab some popcorn.

Documents can be declassified for any number of reasons, especially if there was no reason for them to be considered "classified" in the first place.  You are correct in that considering documents classified is for a reason.  To protect parties for political reasons doesn't meet the criteria.

It works both ways.  Perhaps the documents should never have been classified to begin with.
