Quote:Yeah, I was up bright and early. The ten point lead thingy happened with 5 mins left in the game. Not impossible to overcome but severely difficult as we saw. It only became sketchy because we couldn't run the clock out. Let's also not forget it took a busted coverage just to get that td. No way were they going to get THAT lucky again.
In fairness, it wasn't lucky. They keyed on Ramsey doing the exact same thing in the first half, and went back to the same play on the opposite side of the field, got him to bite on the underneath throw again, and burned him over the top.
They put him in position to make the Rookie mistake, and he did. It was actually pretty well designed.
The point is, people act like we dominated someone. We didn't. The Colts were one play from beating us. That's not dominating. One missed tackle, one bad angle, could have given them the game.
It's a W. Absolutely. It's a W against a terrible Colts team.
My point is... look at the games.
Colts, terrible, won a close one.
Bears, terrible, won a close one.
Ravens, pretty bad, lost a close one.
Green Bay, struggling, lost a close one.
Chargers, horrid, lost badly.
So we're between Struggling, Pretty Bad, and Terrible.
