@MJF.....I said MJF as in MissJagsFanatic....not MJD (don't know if he'll be there)

Do I need to quote and FIFY...as you like to do to people?
I picked the Raiders to win and I think they probably still will but I think this is a game the Jags have a good chance at getting. Coast to coast trips are rough and the Raiders have a good offense but a lousy defense. This is a game where the running game could get going and if Bortles gets off to a fast start, we could put up some points. On the other hand, our defense has not played badly (currently ranked 8th by NFL.com) and could slow down their passing game a bit.

It's a good matchup for the Jags on paper. Struggling Jags O vs. struggling Raiders D. Ascending Jags D vs. ascending Raiders O. Jags take this fairly comfortably.

You are confused. I asked if MJD will be at the game because he played for both the Jaguars and Raiders.

The Raiders are pretty good on offense. But they've been exposed on defense. They're dead last on defense. They give up huge plays and penalties. This should honestly be a win for us. I think we could win this game by 10 or more points to be quite honest with you. They're finally home. They need to win one here to get the fanbase back into it. One more win and we're at 3 - 3. That's a good look for us. I think our defense is going to come through for us. And our offense will be able to run the football and I think we should FINALLY see Julius Thomas get some catches as well.

I just can't wrap my mind around it, though. And don't ask for an explanation about how I wrap my mind.

Wrap your mind? Like, putting a towel around your brain? Brains cant be removed

I agree, and believe likewise. A home victory is long overdue for the fans who've stuck with the team and support the franchise by attending games. When was the last time the fans enjoyed a W in the Bank? Nearly a year ago?

Not to mention a home win against a good team.

That's been probably 5 years or more.

Are they all questionable?

We are in big trouble if some of those guys can't play.

Did you watch the Packers game? Everyone who did saw #80 catch some passes.

so between the Jags and Raiders, we may a flag or two or twenty? Going to be a long game.

There will be bad calls and non-calls both ways, more against the Jaguars.

Amari Cooper is putting together another Pro Bowl-caliber season thus far, as he has 36 receptions for 585 yards, and one touchdown, but he’ll no doubt have his hands full going against the Jaguars secondary.

Through six games, defensive coordinator Todd Walsh’s group ranks in the Top 10 of passing defense, surrendering just 218.4 yards per game through the air, and a big reason for that is the play of cornerback Davon House.

House is now in his second season with the Jaguars after spending the first four years of his career with the Green Bay Packers, and he’s been impressive so far since he arrived in the Sunshine Sate.

In 2015, House set a career high with four interceptions, and although he hasn’t set recorded a takeaway so far in 2016, he’s provided staunch coverage, and made life difficult for opposing wide receivers throughout the first half of the season.

I mean... if Cooper goes anywhere near the sideline, there's a good chance House will be shadowing him...
LOL

Nobody doing any real homework on this secondary.

Whoever thinks Amari Cooper will play against Davon House Sunday obviously has not been watching the Jaguars all season.
